Refund and returns policy

This policy sets out how we handle refunds, replacements, and returns for Virell products purchased through our channels. It works alongside your statutory rights, which cannot be waived where the law says otherwise.

If you purchased Virell from https://vivtorexzodor.world or from an authorised seller identified in your confirmation email, this policy applies unless a separate written agreement states different terms.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Change of mind

Where the law allows discretionary returns, we may offer a refund or exchange for change of mind within thirty calendar days of delivery if the product is unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Food and supplement products that have been opened may be excluded for health and safety reasons unless they are faulty.

Unless we state otherwise at checkout, you are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. We recommend tracked shipping because risk of loss in transit may remain with you until we confirm receipt.

Faulty or damaged on arrival

If an item arrives damaged or does not match its description in a material way, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the packaging and product. We will arrange a remedy consistent with your statutory rights, which may include refund, replacement, or partial credit depending on the circumstances.

How to submit a request

  1. Email ask@vivtorexzodor.world with your full name, delivery address, order reference, and whether you seek refund, replacement, or store credit.
  2. Wait for our written authorisation before returning goods, unless applicable law requires immediate return rights.
  3. Pack items securely in original outer packaging where possible and include any accessories or inserts.
  4. Use the return label or address we provide; unauthorised returns may experience processing delays.

Processing timeline

After we receive and inspect eligible returns, we typically complete refunds within ten business days to the original payment method. Banks and card issuers may add additional clearing time. If we reject a return (for example because goods are not in resalable condition), we will explain the reason and may offer return shipment back to you at your cost.

Non-refundable charges

Original outbound shipping fees may be non-refundable for change-of-mind returns unless a promotion stated otherwise. Gift cards, promotional credits, or bundle discounts may be adjusted if partial returns change the conditions that applied to the original purchase.

International orders

If you ordered from outside Australia, local consumer laws may also apply. Customs charges, duties, or import taxes are generally non-refundable through us; you may need to reclaim them from customs authorities in your country according to local rules.
